The Classic Taste of Pigs Feet in Jelly - Casewrongd.com

The Classic Taste of Pigs Feet in Jelly
Nóżki w Galarecie is a traditional Polish dish. Translated into English it means “pigs feet in jelly” and that’s exactly what it is. Sound appetizing? Well, for the Polish it is a popular delicacy, served at all major holidays. Using pig’s feet and pork knuckle, the dish is boiled for three to four hours with vegetables until it is put in jelly and left to cool. Although Nóżki w Galarecie dates back to 1518, many people still regularly enjoy it today. Warsaw-based chef Marek Drygas knows the recipe by heart and serves it on his menu. Care for a taste?
