Father-son duo Jim and Joel Caulfield are, naturally, at different stages of life. After 26 years in the trucking industry, Jim wants to change careers, while Joel wants to start one that will let him travel the world and work with his hands. So the Caulfields are studying to become wind turbine technicians at Iowa Lakes Community College, where some of the best in the United States get their start. How’s that for family bonding time?
