Meet the Man Behind the “Saved by the Bell” Theme Song - Casewrongd.com

Meet the Man Behind the “Saved by the Bell” Theme Song
From 1989 to 1993, kids all over America willingly went to school on Saturday mornings. Scott Gale provided “Saved by the Bell’s” soundtrack and theme song, which came to him mere minutes after the show’s producers called him. “By the time I grab my books/And I give myself a look/I'm at the corner just in time to see the bus fly by/It's alright 'cause I'm saved by the bell.” The theme wasn’t supposed to have the show’s title in it, but it seemed Scott had missed that note … perhaps for the best. Today, the show’s four seasons only account for a fraction of Scott’s 2,000 network television credits, and to this day, he never gets tired of watching his friends at Bayside High.
