Need a Break from the News? We’re Swimming With Turtles
Need to relax for a bit? We feel you. Take a deep breath, and dive into the soothing warm water off the coast of the Bahamas. Thanks to the magic of the TurtleCam, we’re swimming with green sea turtles. The camera was placed on the turtle’s back by biologist Nathan Robinson and his team from the Cape Eleuthera Institute. The scientists are studying these endangered animals to help protect their species. And don’t worry, the device is completely harmless—it eventually pops off the turtle’s back and floats to the surface of the ocean.
